I am one of those rare Atlanta natives that is still tearing up the big city from downtown to the 'burbs. There's something refreshing about seeing that familiar skyline rise from the distance after a long weekend away. Hitting the Atlanta streets looking for everything new and anything familiar is my favorite weekend staycation. Atlanta is also the best "home base" for an avid traveler such as myself. I enjoy seeing the world and being inspired by new experiences. My goal is to see every continent before I bite the big one. So far, I've seen Europe, North America, South America, and Antarctica. Yes, a penguin tried to pull off my pants and no, I'm not ashamed to say so.

I have a love of adventure and have been hang gliding in the mountains of Georgia, camping in the German Alps, wandering through the north Georgia forests, and snorkeling in Puerto Rico. I'm known on vacations for turning them into a "Go! Go! Go!" affair, but what can I say? There's plenty of time to chill on the beach. Let's go sea kayaking for a while instead!

Graphic design is my official trade, but I can also be found creating jewelry, cards, coasters, and other items for my self-owned business, Aerial Melodies. My passions don't end with art, though; math and science are two subjects near and dear to my heart. If I'm wandering the 'net, it's probably NASA, logic puzzles, or soaking up information on my favorite sci-fi shows. My mom called me a Jack of All Trades as a child and I used to think she was just a doting mother. Now that hindsight is 20/20? I can see what she meant. If it's something I think I can do, I'm going to find a way to do it, from piano to painting to calculus to star gazing and everything in-between.

In a nutshell, I'm an artist, a traveler, an avid Crossfitter, nature-lover, adventure seeker, fiesty, happy-go-lucky kind of gal from the Southeast with a love of good food and unique design.
